Note : Orders with Pre-order items on will be Sent out only ONCE the complete order is in stock.

If  the order contains partial pre-order items then we advise you contact to cover additional postage fees or split the order into two separate ones.

Claims : If you DO NOT fully cover the items being shipped and these are lost we will only pass on the claim value sent to us and we will NOT send out a replacement until the difference in value is paid in full.

Support / Returns : We ONLY support items that are purchased from us in the UK directly. If you have purchased outside the UK these items are NOT supported you must return them to the place of purchase.
